Since March, I have been doing a lor more cooking at home, nuch of it with Blue Apron or otherwise from scratch. BA recipes require a lot of chopping.
I recently acquired an Ulu knife and was amazed at how efficient it is. I first saw such a knife at a Native Alaskan cultural exhibit in Kotzebue, north of the Arctic Circle, decades ago. It looked good, but I was reluctant to try taking it back on the plane. I recommend it highly, but beware, as the blade is devilishly sharp! https://www.amazon.com/Alaskan-Ulu-Legendary-Knife-Arctic/dp/B0006PILUK#:~:text=Ulu%20knives%20have%20a%20unique,easy%20to%20grip%20wooden%20handle.&text=The%20Ulu%20knife%20(pronounced%20oo,of%20the%20Arctic%20for%20centuries.
