If you're too hot, how do you cool down? I had the fan on, water spraying,
everything. I felt ill and couldn't function.
So the answer is to simply feel ill for a week and do nothing?
Spraying water probably didn't help. Raises the humidity instead of lowering it.
At high humidity levels sweat just pools and doesn't provide any cooling effect
from evaporation.
Get a portable DE-humidifier.
