Sorry to reply to myself but I found this article with some good comparison photos. The central city is unrecognisable compared to its former self. A few suburbs on the Eastern side of the city were completely removed due to liquefaction and flooding risk as the land levels had changed. It's been reported that there are still about 2,000 insurance claims yet to be settled (many of which are in dispute).
