There used to be hot-air and infrared dryers for RC photo paper in the days of analog photography. One example would be the Kaiser 4022 (3ßx40 cm). Other models like the Kindermann dryers have rollers to transport the paper and queeze off any remaining water. Those would obviously smudge your prints.
