I was cleaning up the new version of my working catalog, tried doing some facial recognition, lightroom crashed hard, wouldn’t restart in any catalog. I went through a few iterations of customer help, reinstalling things, rebooting, losing the connection with customer support, and it still won’t even start up without crashing.
