There’s no need for things like PayPal accounts in Europe for person to person 
payments; we can pay directly and instantly into other people’s accounts with 
our online banking apps. For commercial transactions the payment providers 
accept bank cards, and credit cards provide very high levels of protection and 
chargeback in case of dispute.
