Hey Ann - I resemble that remark! Bear in mind we had to climb four steep flights in our own apartment as well as those in yours when we came to see you! Jan and I now rely on the two flights up or down to our garage for stairs-oriented fitness, the main thrust is a daily 1k walk to get the post and papers.
