There is a nice tranquility to it, and I like the way the yellow pops agains the water. I’m a bit bothered by the kayakers being close to the center and still heading out of the frame. I would crop it to the upper left so that they are close to the bottom right of the frame. I’d crop just to the left of the darker dock across the stream (or at least burn in that section so that that dock is even less visible, and below the kayaks at whatever point gave the nicest composition/balance and some of the wake.
