Inspired by Rick's photo, here's another banana boat. Horn Linie ran scheduled services between Africa, South America and Europe for Del Monte. Their vessels not only carried bananas but also passengers in a number of cabins.
The photo shows their Hornbay in the floating dock in Dunkirk, in 2008.
