My first SLR was a Miranda dx-3 in 1977 (the company had shut down in 1976...) that I bought at a Woolco department store. About 20 years ago I began buying other Miranda bodies and lenses, mostly on ebay. The oldest camera is an F, from the early '60s. Most of them work to a greater or lesser extent, but none are worth anything to speak of. Once every blue moon or so I'll put a roll of film through one of them. Miranda lenses are excellent. I also have an old Calumet T400 4X5 camera that I got about a year ago. That dates back to the early '60s, too. --- Steven Sharpe - The Office Gallery 24 Maple Ave Ellershouse NS [email protected] -- %(real_name)s Pentax-Discuss Mail List To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected] to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
