I've reassigned the profile and also applied the highlights & shadows tool
which has allowed me to keep a lot more detail in the sky. I brought out the
shadows a little but there's very little detail to be had there. Isn't slide film
wonderful.
I just overwrote the image and discarded the original. The updated version is

tree...and on my monitor the white in teh sky is really burned out . but I
may be overstating it because of my problem with glare.
