Yeah. I'm not complaining about the dual slots. I'm not even complaining
about how kludgy it is to make it switch to the preferred card.
I'm just mad I couldn't find out how to do what I wanted to do - force
it to switch switch from filling Card #2 first to filling Card #1 first
- by reading the the manual.
I must have accidentally switched it by turning the camera on while Card
#1 was in the Computer's card reader. But then I had to struggle to get
it back to how I wanted it.
I wrote it down on the "Memo" page at the back of the manual in case I
ever need to do it again.
I think I've written before that the big problems don't phase me. I can
handle them, but the little tiny stupid shit just makes me crazy.

I am not surprised. I have been bitching about the Pentax manuals since
2008. They are not written for the sort of people who actually read
manuals, and don’t mention much of the things that an actual photographer
cares about. They are aimed at people who would be happier just using a
cell phone but want to look important and bought a DSLR instead.
I’ll spare y’all my rant about the idiot-centric user interface.
