Same for me Paul, but some time ago, when I passed 80, I cut back. Even on my overseas trips I carry only one body, (K5ii), 16-45 and 50-200 zooms, and a 50mm Macro: together with a decent flash I feel I'm covered for my sort of photography. I have used a Nikon Coolpix with a 4.5-36mm, f3.7-6.6 lens and have been satisfied with the results for walk-around shooting - and it has an amazing battery life!

I don’t know how much longer I can keep carrying big glass and a full frame camera on a walk through the woods. Yes, my k-3 is lighter, but it’s still a lot of camera with a lens that’s long enough to shoot wildlife. Here’s the camera I want: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/search?Ntt=sony%20rx10&N=0&InitialSearch=yes&sts=ma -- %(real_name)s Pentax-Discuss Mail List To unsubscribe send an email to pdml-le...@pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions. -- %(real_name)s Pentax-Discuss Mail List To unsubscribe send an email to pdml-le...@pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
