After a few decades of being a loyal OWC customer, I’m looking for a new vendor for Mac accessories.
A new Mercury Elite Pro external drive had a defective power switch, and frequently spontaneously disconnected while running (without losing power). OWC sent a replacement, which is doing the same things. I have just spent 35 minutes on the phone (mostly on hold), and the best I can get from a customer service supervisor is an in-store credit once they receive the defective drives. Sheesh. So, is anyone happy with a Mac-oriented computer company other than OWC?
