Thanks Godfrey, thats pretty much what i was looking for. I may just go with a good ipad, lot cheaper than macbooks, as a secondary device and emergency computer should the desktop ever fail, until i can replace said desktop,
I have lots of backup drives.:-) I am quite comfortable with LR and have used it since version 1. Looks like a free version is available for ipads.
