Hello, Pentax never made any TC`s in screwmount. The ones to look for are the 7 element TC`s, they are a little taller than the run of the mill 4 element TC`s. I have a Soligor 7 element that is pretty good, but I`ve heard Vivitar made a 7 element one too. The only ones I have seen are 2X. If you ever find a 1.4 or 1.5 TC in M42, let me know.
