MZ-M doesn't support TTL flash, but indeed should support flash indication
and auto flash sync. You may indeed need the 372...

Wendy: 3702 has more advanced functions like sync with 1st/2nd shutter
blind, flash range, focus beam, flash wake up and some others. The 3702
should function as well on the MZ-M, but is more expensive.
