Hi,

I have this loader (and the instruction somewhere) but it isn't too hard
to use. One of the yellow knobs opens the chamber where you put the
fresh bulk roll. You will need to do this somewhere absolutely dark or
in a changing bag. Thread a little bit of film from the bulk film
chamber to the film loading area on the top. This is covered by a
removable cover. Put this cover on, and replace the cover for where you
put the bulk film and make sure everything is closed tight, and you are
ready to turn on the lights.

You will notice that there is an interlock on the side that is supposed
to keep you from opening the door to the film loading area while the
baffle is open to the bulk film chamber. If you take a look at the
loader you will see what I mean. When you turn the bulk film chamber
cover to "close" it moves a baffle internally and you can now move the
interlock and open the door, so that you can prepare to load your film.

Film goes in where the crank is. I tape the film to the spool and then
put the canister on. Set the yellow dials to "0" and you are ready to
put the film chamber cover on, move the interlock down, and turn the
bulk film chamber cover to "open".

You can now start rolling your film. Keep in mind that your last few
frames will be fogged. I usually roll 40 exposures as that gives me a
leader, and accounts for losing a few at the end, and I normally get
34-35 shots. The other counter keeps track of how much of the bulk roll
you have used up in feet, but since it starts over every 20 feet and
bulk film is generally 100 feet, I think that it is pretty useless.

Anyway, it's pretty simple, and I hope I didn't make is sound overly
complicated.
