I've used the Sigma 70-200 2.8 APO EX for two or three years, first with the MZ-5n, then with the MZ-S, and been very pleased with the results. I shoot mostly portraits, and find it to be very sharp, sometimes more than the subject would like. Although I haven't shot any test charts with it, it seems sharp at all apertures.
