Have you shot much in low light? My last quibble with digital is low light capability - what do prints shot at 800 or 1600 look like? The D30 has too much noise above 400, supposedly the D60 is improved in this respect. If someone, *anyone*, comes out with a DSLR under $3k that can produce decent results at 1600 I'll probably buy it. tv - Tom, I have not. There are a few available light from my back porch and interior macro shots. It is one of the things I want to check out at a later date. I have only used 400 a couple of times.
