I had at least three of the 20mm mentioned here. I will give you a brief
summary from what I found out about each of these lenses.
Please base it strictly on my examples, and not on what is actually out
there.

1. CZJ 20mmF2.8 MC

This lens appears to be a fanstatic lens with its MC. However on chrome
film, I manage to pick up some flare and a little softness in the outer
edges. Not that bad, but noticable.

2. CZJ 20mmF4.0 non-MC Zebra striped barrel

This lens was extremely sharp out to the edges. It was soft, but not as
soft as the 2.8 version. Again, some flare, but managable. Use the a wide
lenshood to avoid flare.

3. MC Mir-20M 20mmF3.5

This lens was just as sharp as my CZJ 20mmF4.0. The flare was managable
with the built in lenshood. Very good contrast due to the MC coating.

Now, onto another wide-angle lens. I laso have a Zenitar 16mm Fisheye. I
am in the process of having it adjusted and a new pin installed. Once I
get it back, I will compare it aginst my 20mm. Based on what I read here,
I feel that it will be a good performer.
