I finally got around to getting the 31 f1.8 Limited lens yesterday. I got
it locally. I had used the lens on two separate occasions due to the
magnanimous nature of my Pentax rep. I consider myself fortunate to have a
rep to call my own :-) Now I have a 31 that is mine.
Tomorrow night there is a free outdoor concert in an oak ladened park here.
It only lasts an hour. I think I will take an LX with ASA 400 b&w and
another with ASA 400 color slide film. The lens collection will be the
31-1.8, 50-1.2, and the 77-1.8. No flash required! I have been anxious to
try it out.
