No, the best camera lenses are made in the US by a well known but unnamed company and are produced for government purposes. The best coatings are applied by another unnamed company in California. You cannot purchase them and if you could, it would cost you your entire winning lottery ticket. To get the best out of the lens, you would have to buy the best film. Kodak won't list it, and if you knew what it was, they wouldn't sell it to you unless you were one of several specific agencies of the US government or of one of it's allies (with permission).
