Thanks for reminding me - I guess I just got tunnel vision for a while
there in response to constant assertions from people that digital is
either cheaper or at least pays for itself.

For me personally, money is not the issue either. I will go digital
when I feel emotionally drawn to it, and I can feel the pull now but I
just got more serious about film 2 years ago and am enjoying it very
much (particularly transparencies) so don't feel the need to move on
yet. I guess I am just more attached to my glass which I have built up
than I am drawn to digital. When Pentax bring out a DSLR which will
work with my current glass, and if it is before I change my mind and
decide I cant wait for them, money will not be really an issue. Its
just that at the moment ditching all my Pentax gear and all my film gear
and starting again with digital and C***n or n***n glass is just too
much hassle to be fun. Come this time next year, I may feel
differently.
