Oh yeah, a black MX is a beautiful beast. It looks totally different from the chrome version. At least mine does (I couldn't help myself, sorry :)))

Fred, I wish you luck in your search. I have never seen a black MX face to face, only via pictures. I would like one (notes depressing trend in accumulating cameras), but it would fit in with the LXs and the 67. Long live film cameras! Malcolm
