I hope this won't be taken the wrong way, although it is possibly a little pedantic. I've seen a lot of people on this list use the word 'resemble' in this sort of context, and I've assumed they mean 'resent' (which happens to be next to it in my dictionary). 'Resemble' means to look like, to be similar to, and I can't find any word that resembles 'resemble' that has any meaning remotely resembling 'resent'. Is this a common malapropism, is it restricted to this list, to some particular form of English, or am I missing something? Just curious. --- Bob
