I was shooting a high school marching band competion last night with the MZ-S/Tamron 75-300/AF360FGZ/monopod. I used a variety of films from RSX 100 to Fuji Press 1600 (a gift from the pro who was shooting the event. After dark, even the 1600 was showing only 1/30 - 1/15 sec at 5.6 without the flash turned on. With the flash turned on the MZ-S was showing 1/180 - 1/90. Being afraid of ending up underexposed, I manually set 1/30 with the lens wide open and shot away. I guess I'll have to wait until it's processed to see the results.
