tamron 14mm vs sigma 14mm vs pentax 15mm

my dilema
the two third party lenses i can pick up for about $600 us
and will work with matrix metering and therefore probably compatable with
the new dslr
for slightly cheaper the 15mm is from what i hav heard a fantastic lens with
great flare control but it wont be able to use matrix metering and probably
be usable on the new dslr
what would you do?
