It's not good but the Pentax is very good, I have many shots taken indoors using the 15mm and in most cases the overhead lighting is visible with little or no flare or halos visible around them. In full sun you still have to be aware of the sun outside the frame but it's easy to shade and virtually eliminate flare with a well placed hand.
