Hi Anton, I don't need to carry out the test. All of my LX's
have suffered this problem at various times. The problem is the
ISO resistor. It is prone to surface oxidization and also can
get bits of foriegn substance on it.
What happens is the loss of conductivity of the resistor causes
the camera to mis time exposures.
The cure is removal and either cleaning or replacement.
I think that there was an upgrade of them at some point, and the
new ones don't oxidize.
