Hi Anton,

Sorry for the late reply, but I've managed to test my cameras
just a couple of minutes ago.
I own four LXs, two with old-style shutter and two new ones.
None of them happen to suffer from the erratic shutter syndrome.
I tested them with film, without film, with and without the
winder mounted.

In the recent past one of the older two suffered from a strange
behaviour when a compensation of -0,7 (or -0,3) EV was set: the
shutter refused to close as it was metering a low light scene,
even in bright sunlight. After a lot of pictures lost I decided
to try to clean the contacts by heavily rotating the dial back
and forth, and eventually the problem disappeared.
