Hi Anton, Sorry for the late reply, but I've managed to test my cameras just a couple of minutes ago. I own four LXs, two with old-style shutter and two new ones. None of them happen to suffer from the erratic shutter syndrome. I tested them with film, without film, with and without the winder mounted. In the recent past one of the older two suffered from a strange behaviour when a compensation of -0,7 (or -0,3) EV was set: the shutter refused to close as it was metering a low light scene, even in bright sunlight. After a lot of pictures lost I decided to try to clean the contacts by heavily rotating the dial back and forth, and eventually the problem disappeared.
