A couple of weeks ago, I took a walk around Cornell's Beebe Lake here on campus and had a wonderful time taking photos. I took the ESII, 24mm f3.5 SMC Takumar and the 135mm f3.5 SMC Takumar.

I found one tree in particular, arching its golden-glazed branches over the water, that begged to be captured with the 24mm from numerous angles.

Here's a shot with the sun near the center of the frame, peeking through the branches and reflecting off the water:

Any comments appreciated.

Also, I got these two horizontal shots of the same tree from opposite angles -- while both have that really nice "postcard" look, I wonder if anyone has a preference for one over the other?

All three photos are a little over 100K each.
