That's definitely been my experience. The vast majority of the photos that I shoot and print consume the inks pretty consistently across the different colors. I did run a cartridge out of one color (light magenta, I think) when I did a whole bunch of 8" x 10" prints of a big pink rose. TTYL, DougF KG4LMZ
