Trouble is, none of your techs are from Japan. Everybody says how bad Pentax Canada/usa and UK are at knowing what the hell Pentax Japan are up to. Even the Pentax guys you talk to don't really work for Pentax proper - just a distributor in your country. They have no more idea that Pal of what really goes on in Japan ;-)
