Why can't you continue to use the Kodak E100VS? It's one of my favorite films as well. I've used Fuji Provia 100F on occassion with nice results. It's more comparable to E100S, although, in my opinion, the colors aren't quite as natural. But the Provia is probably a better replacement for your Ektachrome than the Velvia.
