I'm using an Epson Photo Stylus 820 with Epson ink cartridges.  I don't
know how they compare to the 1270, though.

I really didn't care for the earlier Kodak papers.  JetPrintPro Premium
Glossy was better, at less than half the cost.

I have to assume that either they improved it, or you and I have
different criteria. :-)

The only thing about the 820, to me anyway, is that bright reds are B R
I G H T! Nearly flourescent if I'm not careful.  And actual flourescent
red/orange almost jumps off the page to poke you in the eye.
