N*K*N sells 2 element diopter close up "lenses" in several strengths (5T, 6T) all I believe are 58mm. The two element diopter is supposed to be superior (sharper images) than the single element. Haven't done any testing but I have used the N*K*N diopters for several years and have no complaints.
