>Powell's has it

Thanks Mark, I'm onto it. (correct URL noted)

Actually, chatting about books reminded me to place an order with Amazon
for a couple last night:

"Slightly Out of Focus (Modern Library)"
Robert Capa;

and

 "Paris, Mon Amour (Evergreen Series)"

I bet the Capa is rivetting?

and from Bob Walden:

>Don McCullin's autobiography "Unreasonable Behaviour" is worth
>reading.
>
>There are several bios of Bob Capa, including what he laughingly
>called an autobiography: "Slightly Out of Focus". Richard Whelan's
>biography is good, so is "Blood and Champagne" by Alec Kershaw. Better
>than all of them is "A Russian Journal" by John Steinbeck, describing
>his trip to Russia with Capa in 1947.
>
>Eve Arnold's "Film Journal" is not a biography, but her notes and
>insights into Hollywood and the people she photographed there. Always
>interesting, and very, very funny in parts, especially about Joan
>Crawford (read the last paragraph!).
>
>"Magnum" by Russell Miller is an interesting history of the agency and
>its members.

Aha, thanks Bob. I saw Blood and Champagne on Amazon. What I really want
is an English translation of a Jeanloup Sieff book I already have. Her
Indoors got it for me when she visited Paris with a friend a while back.
'Faites comme si je n'tais pas la'. My French is not up to a great
standard, but the pics are great.
