ok, after searching internet i have found some of my answers but my
question is still there. because there is a parameter
  # max-cache-ttl maximum number of seconds to keep a cached entry in memory
max-cache-ttl=2700

i set it to 45 minutes (2700 seconds) however even after few minutes
it resets the entry as the dig results shows. can anyone plz help in
this regard.
