According to the documentation here
(https://doc.powerdns.com/md/recursor/settings/#config-name) when you
pass "name" to "--config-name" for the recursor it should parse the
configuration file "name-recursor.conf". In reality it looks like
it's
trying to load "recursor-name.conf".
That's all!
Fixed in https://github.com/PowerDNS/pdns/pull/4570, thanks! Should
appear updated on the doc site when we merge it sometime this week.
