Before we go too far down this path, realize that bag inserts at big conferences are almost always reserved for sponsors and premium exhibitors. I highly doubt this option is actually open to us and even if it were, we should feel no obligation to make a CD for everyone. Sorry I've sort of disappeared from the OSCON list the last week or so.
