My sister users her Macintosh OS X laptop to share files to her two
employees, both of which are using Windows PC's. They're using the
Windows File Sharing mode of OS X.

Whenever one of her employees modifies a file, it changes the ownership
of the file, and my sister has to go to the file properties and change
ownership so that either she or the other coworker can modify the file.

If anyone has any hints or tips on how to best utilize file sharing in
this situation, I'd appreciate it. I had googled and saw one suggeston
to setup a cron job that would go in and automatically change
permissions on a regular basis to how you want it but it just didn't
seem to me that would be the best way, hence the reason for posting
question to the list.

Thanks.
