Does anyone have experience with a Toshiba Tecra laptop? A friend of
mine has one (with Win98SE installed) and I'm trying to help him get
some things working. I'd like to try one of the Linux CD distros in it,
but the CD tray won't open! Also, when I turn it on, it goes right to a
Winders boot screen without providing the option to look at BIOS
settings. I tried the Toshiba web site, but it was less than helpful.
Any suggestions, other than tying an anchor line to it and putting it to
a better use?
