I think it would be a good idea if we had a date planned before the meeting otherwise we'll hit the, "oh, I can't do that day but i can do this day" scenario. It's obvious that we can't always meet on the same day... so let's just pick a day in the next few weeks and do it. Ben and I have also tossed around the idea of doing a hackfest where we pick a CPAN module and port it to Ruby. This is one of those things that could even be done on an evening during the week. If we get people interested in it and they code at their leisure... even better. It's nice to see those SVN commits in the IRC channel at weird hours. :-) Robby -- /****************************************************** * Robby Russell, Owner.Developer.Geek * PLANET ARGON, Open Source Solutions & Web Hosting * Portland, Oregon | p: 503.351.4730 | f: 815.642.4068 * www.planetargon.com | www.robbyonrails.com * Programming Rails | www.programmingrails.com *******************************************************/ _______________________________________________ PdxRuby-dev mailing list [email protected] http://lists.pdxruby.org/mailman/listinfo/pdxruby-dev
