Post here saying what you want to do :) Check out the code, write a patch, send it here. We'll discuss it on the mailing list. It does. Trac does ticketing, repo view, milestones, wiki, all sorts of fun shit. In the meantime, we keep a TODO and IDEAS file inside the repository. We're pretty lax because the project is pretty lax.
