I've been thinking about single sign on solutions for a group of rails applications. Can't say I'm an expert but would be willing to present various approaches in hopes to begin a discussion. Maybe a drb server as the central authority -OR- SXIP ruby interface CAS ruby interface lack of ruby kerberos interface... cosign (weblogin.org) which sets @request['REMOTE_USER'] but requires using apache in lieu of lighttpd. Second idea: I volunteered to give a talk on TDD to the XP group in the next few months. I offered to show the Rails approach and someone else there mentioned wanting to see a presentation on Watir. Perhaps we could brainstorm how best to present TDD Ruby development. Any interest? _______________________________________________ PDXRuby mailing list [email protected] IRC: #pdx.rb on irc.freenode.net http://lists.pdxruby.org/mailman/listinfo/pdxruby
