Well, short of it is: I was only able to capture the last thirty
minutes of the presentations.

The reason: it appears microphone issues, again. I arrived early to
test, things sounded good, I could hear audio, and recording was going
smoothly. Then, my laptop battery died right when the first
presentation began. I figured, no worries, things were fine. When I
tested the sound later in the evening after plugging in my laptop, it
all sounded fine. However, once I got home and verified the audio, it
seems like the cable from the mic to the transceiver must have gotten
pulled out, and a few minutes into Jeremy's presentation it popped
back in. So, I chopped what I could and posted it. It is really too
bad; all four presentations were so great.

Anyway, I'm sorry, again. In hindsight I would not purchase the
cheapo $70 mics again, but at the time I didn't have $150 to donate to
the group.

In the future, I would love it if someone could help me verify the
live audio by listening to the live stream coming from the podcasting
box. If you run a visualizer you can quickly check to see if audio is
coming from the box even if the sound on your laptop is muted. This
is what I do, but since my linux laptop is in the shop I was forced to
use my Mac, which has very limited battery life.

The presentation is up on http://pdxrb.podasp.com, if you care to
listen to the last 30 minutes (part of Jeremy and all of Phil).
