I should have checked the state table. I will make sure to do this
when I'm out again.
The target machine is a linux box, ssh is forwarding fine, there are
no iptables rules, and there's no httpd running or anything that
would cause bind errors, so I'm really suspicious that this is
webrick-related. If it is, I will post the information here.
