This is great. Thanks for doing the write up. Along those lines (and following on some things you already posted on), I think it would be great if we could put together some things that we learned from the experience (perhaps gather it collectively on the list) and then post that somewhere (the blog would work fine) where other groups could see how we did things and how it turned out.
