Aside from the clear need to accomodate more attendees next year the only
problem I saw was a lack of coordination rounding folks up and transporting
them to the event. I know we're an anarchy but it wouldn't hurt to have a
boss riding herd on an effort like that. In the end it all worked out fine
but I suspect we might have lost a few folks who would have otherwise
attended due to logistical confusion on the ground. At one point I was
standing by the exit doors directing people to congregate in the OSCamp room
while someone else (forgot his name...sorry!) was in the OSCamp room telling
them to go find the guy in the red hat by the door. It was a tad
embarrassing.

Otherwise, what a hoot! I had a great time. And hey, Topher, I'm working
on a rails/DHTML game. When I get it to alpha maybe I can show it off at a
monthly meeting.

This is great. Thanks for doing the write up. Along those lines (and
following on some things you already posted on), I think it would be
great if we could put together some things that we learned from the
experience (perhaps gather it collectively on the list) and then post
that somewhere (the blog would work fine) where other groups could see
how we did things and how it turned out. This also follows along with
some of the things we talked about at OSCamp yesterday and that Pat
Eyler wrote about in the oreilly.net post linked above.
